Check- In Instructions
You can pick up the keys starting at 4 pm from the "Hotel Iris - Front Desk" located at 625 Hotel Circle South, San Diego, CA 92108.
The front desk is open 24 hours. Please ensure that you have your ID with you for key pick-up.
Please note that our unit assignments are based on the room type you booked, and they are typically assigned the night before your check-in date. Therefore, we kindly request you to refer to the check-in packet for the specific unit number you will be staying in. It's important to note that any numbers you may come across online or in the address will not necessarily correspond to the unit you will be assigned. Check Out Instructions
Check out is at 11am sharp.
1. Please ensure that all keys are left inside the unit.
2. Kindly clean any used dishes before your departure.
3. Please remember to turn off all lights, televisions, and air conditioning units.
While not mandatory, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation with the following suggestions: 1. If possible, kindly gather the used sheets, pillowcases, and towels and leave them in a pile on the bed. 2. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take out the trash, allowing the unit to air out and maintain a fresh ambiance for the next guest.
Packing Items to Bring
We do NOT provide the following, so if you need it you may want to bring:
Hair dryer, Iron, Steamer, Coffee Maker, Umbrella, Broom, Cleaning supplies, Sunblock
We provide a generous selection of amenities to kickstart your stay.
However, if you require additional items, it is your responsibility to purchase them as needed.
